Some ways to make extra money. With being a stay-at-home mom I have tried everything and anything to make some extra cash to help with the bills or put towards groceries. I have found some things work and others most certainly do not. Here are a few websites or apps that have helped our family earn a little extra money.

Swagbucks
Swagbucks is a great option in my personal opinion. You can take surveys, watch videos, or shop to earn SB points. The surveys will tell you how many SB points you will earn if you qualify for the survey, it will also tell you roughly how long it will take to complete the survey. Once you earn so many SB points you can redeem them for gift cards. They have gift cards for stores, visa gift cards, or gift cards for PayPal. I have redeemed for cash to my Paypal account and gift cards for Walmart. It takes a few days but usually you get an email stating your money is ready. Click here to sign up and get started earning your gift cards.
InboxDollars
InboxDollars is a lot like Swagbucks, you can take surveys, watch videos, or shop to make money. The surveys tell you how much money you will earn and how long it may take you to complete the survey. Unlike Swagbucks, you can play games on InboxDollars. Playing games you earn towards a Scratch and Win and have the chance to win $10, $25, or $100. You will need $30 before you can request a payment, but that money is sent to your PayPal account. There is also an option to get paid by a Visa card or check. Click here to sign up and get started earning your money.
Rakuten
If you are anything like me, you do a ton of online shopping already. So, why not get paid for all that online shopping. That is exactly what Rakuten does. They have thousands of stores you shop at, and you earn a percentage of cashback. Rakuten pays out quarterly and you need at least $10 to receive the payout. They send the money to your PayPal account or a check. Click here to sign up and receive $20.

Ibotta
Ibotta is an app that is downloaded on your phone. Before you go grocery shopping, check the app to see what offers are available. Buy those certain products at the store and then scan your receipt to redeem the offers. Ibotta requires a $20 minimum before you can cash out with either PayPal or a variety of gift cards. Click here to sign up.

Great suggestions! I’m honestly surprised that more people aren’t using apps like these already – After all, you’ve got nothing to lose except for a little bit of time in setting it up, right?
